  • What's your returns policy?

    For purchases made directly through Boden, we offer a 3-month, no-quibble returns policy. We’ve had to pause exchanges for now. Don’t worry, anything you’ve returned for an exchange will be automatically refunded.

    Our usual returns policy does not apply to sales goods. You have fourteen days to return a sale item, with the exception of ‘final sale’ items (all priced ending .99 cents) which cannot be returned.

    - With the exception of FINAL SALE options, you have fourteen days in which to return sale items.

    - The discounts on our FINAL SALE options (all priced ending in .99 cents) are so good that we are unable to accept returns.

    365 Day Returns

    After our standard returns window, until the first anniversary of your order arriving, you can return anything that does not meet your naturally high quality expectations (things like wear and tear are included, though garments that have been mauled by pets, drawn on by nephews, worn while decorating and so forth, don't qualify). So, if you're not happy, we will give you the option of exchanging your item or receiving account credit for the amount you paid. Should anything spring a fault in the first 6 months, we will, of course, give you your money back. 

    *Please note:

    • When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. 
    • Swimwear (where the hygiene strips have been removed) and earrings (where the internal packaging seal has been broken) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty. 
    • Face covering we aren’t able to accept returns for any opened packages, due to hygiene reasons.
  • What's your returns policy during a sale?

    Free returns are not offered during a sale.

    Our 90 day return period does not apply for sales goods:

    - With the exception of FINAL SALE options, you have seven days in which to return sale items.
    - The discounts on our FINAL SALE options (all priced ending in .99 cents) are so good that we are unable to accept returns.

  • How do I return my order?

    Although we hope you love your order, there may be times when you need to return items to us. To do so, simply follow the instructions below:

    1. Complete the returns form that came with your order and enclose it in your parcel with the item(s) you’re sending back, using the original packaging. If you no longer have the form, please refer to 'Lost your returns form?' for more information. 

    2. Attach the self-adhesive address label (enclosed with your order) securely to your parcel and follow the instructions included with the label. Keep the top section, as it includes your tracking number. If you no longer have the label, please refer to 'Lost your returns label?' for further information. 

    3. A flat fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund, to cover the cost of return shipping. If, however, your order included free returns the $7 deduction will not apply.

    4. We’ll pop you an email as soon as your return has been processed.

  • Lost your returns form, or need another (for an additional return)?

    Don’t despair! You can print a copy of your order from your online account. Alternatively, a note with the following information will do:

    1. Your name, address, and phone number.

    2. Your order number.

    3. Item code(s) and reason for the return(s).

    4. Whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Sorry, but we’re temporarily unable to offer exchanges on all orders. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

  • Lost your returns label?

    We can send you another in the mail, or by email (for you to print out). Simply contact us and let us know your preference. It’s that easy!

  • How long does it take to process my returns?

    Please allow up to 28 days before contacting us. Please do not worry; once your returns arrive with us, your request will be actioned as soon as possible. Make sure you save the top of the returns label that was in your parcel.  It will have your tracking information.  We’ll pop you an email as soon as your return has been processed.

  • Will I lose my offer/voucher if I return an item?

    Your offer will still apply, unless all of your items are returned, or you no longer qualify for the promotion (as outlined in the offer T&C’s). This is the same for any gift vouchers. However, if you used a promotional voucher and all items are returned, this will be deducted from your refund.

  • Can I return more than one order in a parcel?

    Certainly, but please ensure that the correct paperwork for each order is enclosed in your returns parcel. It would be really helpful if each order can be separated, so that it’s clear which items belong to which order. Each return will be processed separately, and we’ll let you know when this has been done. 

  • How do I track my return?

    It's easier than you think. If you still have your parcel, be sure to jot down your tracking number – it's on your returns label. Once your items are on their way back to us, head to one of the links below, and enter your tracking number.

    It may take a day or two from posting your parcel for the first update to show. No need to worry, though, as we'll pop you an email when your return has been processed.
