You can return your order from this catalogue for any reason, at any time within 3 months of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange: When sending a return, we recommend that you send it registered mail, using the return label included with the packing slip. All returns will be shipped to a US address, then shipped to Boden in the UK. Please do not ship your return parcel back to the UK.

Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
