My 5 year old daughter loves dresses, but will NOT wear anything constricting, rough, or uncomfortable. This dress is soft, drapes nicely, is extremely flattering, and has 2 pockets - making it a perfect dress.
The sewing quality seems really good, and the slubby fabric seems to withstand washing better than some other Boden knit tunics that we already own. I'm back for another color...
