Q: Why hasn't my catalogue offer applied to my order?A: As Sale items are already discounted we're not able to offer any further discounts such as percentage off, free postage or returns.
Q: How long do I have to return my sale items?A: You can return your order from this catalogue for a full refund within 7 working days after you have received your order. After this time goods bought in the sale can be returned only for exchange or account credit.
Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?A: All orders will be sent via standard post and will be delivered within 3 weeks.
Q: I had a number of items in my basket, but when I went to check out, I was told some had sold out. Why did you sell the things in my basket?A: When an item is placed in your basket, it is not reserved. The item is only reserved once your order has been placed and confirmed. Unfortunately, during the time you were ordering other customers must have ordered the same items and confirmed their order before yours.
Q: I really wanted an item but the website says it's sold out. Is there any chance you have one floating around?A: If an item is showing as sold out on the website, unfortunately it's no longer available.
