It rains for 150 days out of 365 in Great Britain.
If rain didn't exist, we Brits would have invented it.
Our Rainy Day Mac was created in London over 10 years
ago to liberate weatherworn natives from a lifetime of soggy clothes and sopping hair. Its life-enhancing hues, punchy
prints and classic cut have made it a must-have
in over 200,000 wardrobes.
We've spent the past 10 years painstakingly perfecting the mac with details you'll notice every time you wear it. Four years ago, we gave the detachable hood poppers (instead of buttons) so you can whip it off on one of the 215 days of the year when it isn't wet.
And we've spent hours debating its weighting so it's heavy enough to stay put when its blowing a hooley, but not so flimsy it gets flustered.
Being a reserved British bunch it's not often we
blow our own trumpet. Thankfully we've got a
shower of 'mac devotees' to do it for us...
“I've had so many compliments on its first outing!”
“It’s flattering for any figure!”
“Love the design - it’s very well made. I should
know since I sew.”
“The fabric is divine.”
