Love the fabric, classic design and fit of this dress. Bought the NAVY for an upcoming wedding and can't wait to wear it even more often! The fabric drapes well. Husband and kids said "Wow!" and loved it when I first tried it on. May try to belt it...love that there are options! With little time to shop in brick and mortar stores, I truly appreciate the Boden selection, ease of ordering, and consistently great styles for women like me, a working wife and mom! I wear this to work and then a night out. At work it is comfortable and stylish with kitten heels and at night, add some taller heels, maybe a belt or wrap and it is a beautiful, classic, stylish look. This dress is the perfect pairing of comfort and style.

Pretty dress but just too big on a petite body

I loved this dress so much but it just didn't love me back! The color ( I got the green) was beautiful. The fabric was so nice; non-wrinkling and very substantial.
It just didn't work for me. I tried it on three times just to be sure. I am 5'3" and wear a Boden 14 so I have a VERY full figure. I think it would be beautiful to wear to a day time wedding and into evening for someone a little taller.
Sigh! I wear so many things from Boden but this one wasn't "meant to be." Please try it if you have a few less minutes in your hourglass! I think you will love it.

I love this dress! I am a pear shape and this dress is extremely flattering. The green is very rich and lovely. It is a bit heavy for summer, but I live in northern Wisconsin and it does not get very hot here.

This dress has a modern, yet classic look. The color (green) of the dress is wonderful and true to the color shown, while the style of the dress is fun. The skirt has a nice flare and the fabric is substantial enough so that the dress hangs well (I also like the pretty fabric that trims the inside). I really love this dress and so did a lot of other people. It was so popular that I was forced to share my most recent catalog with folks unfamiliar with Boden!

This dress is absolutely perfect for work in the summer. It's even machine washable!

This is my favorite Boden dress and it looks exactly like pictured in the emerald green. I like the fact it isn't lined as that would just add extra fabric. It has a full skirt but not too much fabric and hangs better than some of the jersey knit dresses. If you arent as short waisted as i am, the empire waist might feel a bit high. I am 5'7" and 130lbs and the size 8R is perfect (i wear a 6 or 8 in Boden). I had considered buying the 8L but am glad i didnt as it doesnt need the extra length and hits just at bottom of the knee on me. I would buy it in other colors in the next sale.
