I was shocked at just how tight and unforgivig this tunic was. I am usually a straight 12 in all of my Boden orders. Sometimes they might be a little too big, but I've never had anything be so small that I thought I was sent the wrong size. I received this and as soon as I pulled it out of the wrapping I was very excited. The colors were beautiful and the fabric was very soft. However, it barely went over my head and when I did finally wriggle into it, it was awful. I looked like I had been squeezed into sausage casing! I thought the fabric might have a little more give but it was very tight and rigid. I'm not sure exchanging for a bigger size would even be enough room to wear comfortably, so unfortunately I have to send back.

This dress/tunic is very flatterning - I have worn it with leggings and boots to work and with flats on the weekend. Love the pattern and the fabric, and it washes well. Sizing is on the smaller side - I am usually a sz 6/8 in Boden but ordered a size 10 in this because the 8 was too fitted.

I keep trying these tunics of Boden's because I love the look but most don't work for my shape--either are too tight or don't flatter. But not this one. I adore it! Looks very fun and playful but there's an elegance to the shape. I've gotten many compliments on it; I have two and am thinking of a third. Because I still have a few baby pounds (and a belly I'm self-conscious about), I ordered a size up.

I was looking for a little black dress that could be dressed up or down. This looked perfect. I am short at 4'11 and hourglass shape. I got the 8P which is my usual size. The overall length was great but the dress ran small and showed every lump and bump. I thought the skirt would be a little fuller but it is a fairly straight fit. I would have gone up a size but then the shoulders would have been falling off of me. Sadly I returned it.

This is the first item I've ordered from Boden and I'm very pleased. I used the size guides and the dress fits me perfectly. It is true to color/form as it appears on the mannequin. It feels well made, and the material is very comfortable. It's on the shorter side (I'm 5'10"), but it is a tunic after all.

I absolutely love the colors in the taupe-background tunic. It is gorgeous! I was really looking forward to its arrival, which took a VERY long time (April 29 to May 16!) So, I was disappointed at how VERY SMALL this tunic ran! I wear a Boden 8 or 10 in a dress, so ordered the 10 to be sure of fit. Imagine how I felt when it was super-tight . . . I could barely get it over my small shoulders, and it clung the whole way down (I am a slight "pear" but can't wear curvy cut styles). The length is that of a short dress (of course too short for me to wear at the age of 57 and the height of 5'7") but should be perfect with leggings or even jeans. Altogether surprising and dismaying. I am just not sure whether to re-order.

Great tunic. Bought it in the Navy, size 8 petite (I am 5, 3".) The color and print was wonderful. However, it is a wee bit short for me to wear as a dress, however, since it is a tunic, I just added leggings. Would be find with tights as well. I may order a second one in an 8 regular so I can have enough length to feel comfortable wearing as a dress.

This is my second jersey tunic. My first is printed -- this time I ordered the black. I am happy with this tunic as well but it is slightly larger than the printed one...I would not have known this though had I not had another of these tunics. It is not significantly larger and does not appear to look much bigger so I will keep this one too. It will be very versatile.

Cute tunic/dress. Nice fabric with a good shape retaining weight. My con is this: I hate a loose fitting garment that is cut in under the hips. In other words, this tunic should have been more A-line in the cut/shape. I think it emphasizes an apple shape instead of disguising it. It's a bit low in the neckline as well. It could have been so much nicer looking.

Super cute! I wore this on Mothers Day with leggings and I wore it to work with tights. It is probably too short to wear to work, but I wore it with flats, and with tights it isn't too bad. The band around the waist camouflages any bra band show-through, and the slight flare disguises any lumpiness around the belly area. It is too long for me to wear with jeans, and really probably too short to wear as a dress unless you wear tights or leggings. So, it might be impractical. But the print (grey floral) is so beautiful I'm keeping it anyway. I will find a way to make it work!
