I knew that this was a layering tee, but still expected the fabric to be a bit thicker. Since my skin is very sensitive to wool, I don't think this tee would be comfortable as an under-layer to a wool sweater.

Love this T - soft and lightweight and body skimming without being too tight in the torso. BUT it's quite narrow in the shoulders. I'm 5'3" & 118 lbs & athletic - ordred size 2 - returning for the size 4 - hoping that will work.

The tee is simple, yet elegant. I got the navy - love the color (it's more on the green side of navy blue than purplish). I usually get tops in size 6, this time I got an 8, based on the reviews - 8 is a perfect fit (6 would definitely have been too tight). The tee is simple, lightweight (but not see-through), high quality, and I love how it feels. Would recommend.

I have this in every color and wear all but the white on their own and as a layering piece. The white is a bit too see through to wear on it's own. I love the fit-snug in all the right places. The fabric is wonderfully soft against the skin. The arms are nice and snug for layering under things without bunching up, also makes your arms look great when not layering. If Boden continues to make this, I will continue to keep it in my wardrobe.

I bought three of these last season and I'm back for more! Everyone was right: You should go up one size. The arms are just a bit short for those of us with somewhat long limbs. Other than that, they are perfect layering pieces under sweaters and LS shirts. My favorite is to have one under one of my many crinkle jersey shirts--roll up the sleeves of that shirt and have this peek out. So cute--and warm and comfy in winter! Just wish I could dry it in the dryer (hence the "4" rating). One more thing: Can we PLEASE make a short-sleeved version??? Please, please, please???
