I am new to Boden but a fan and 5 orders later and adjusting to the sizing and my own new size:) Well, this skirt was big everywhere. I've lost my waist after a long winter and find I am a 10 but frequently buy up and have tapered at hip or brought in at shoulders - all to avoid lines or clinging at the waist. This skirt is beautifully made but ran large in length, waist and hips ... everywhere. I'm returning but purchasing in a smaller size.

Love it. Fits true to size, is stylish and flexible. Oh, and the best part - the skirt is wonderfully forgiving due to the textured fabric (no wrinkles, hides smudges from kids jam hands). I have purchased Boden for my kids for years...I am off to buy more for myself for work and play.

At 5ft I knew this skirt would be long on me without petite sizing available. It looked too nice and the sale too good to resist. It hits about mid-calf, which is not normally the length I like but it kind of works. If it were 1 or 2 inches shorter it would be perfect for me.
That being said, the cream color is lovely and very versatile. The texture of the fabric adds an interesting touch to an otherwise simple pencil skirt. And the ribbon at the waist is a nice touch.

Okay - Let me preface this by saying that I just received the skirt and have only worn it once.
I bought the skirt in yellow and it is beautiful! I wore the skirt to work and received numerous compliments. It is well made - the material is a bit thinner than I thought it would be - but that does not take away from the skirt. Is uber-comfortable and holds it's shape well with minimal wrinkling. Love.
