I tried two pair - the navy and the oyster. They are beautiful, stylish, and make your feet look fantastic. But like other reviewers, I had trouble keeping them on. Without hosiery, they would stay on great. But I always wear nylons - so I knew they would fly off my feet. Yes, you can adjust them, and put silicone stickers on the straps and soles to help. But I knew they would always be the shoes that I couldn't walk far in. So sorry to send these back - but i think they will only work for certain people.

These shoes are awesome, I'm so glad I took the plunge. I normally don't spend this much on shoes, but I'd been admiring them since the day I opened the catalog. I searched and searched for a less expensive version for weeks. Nothing with exactly these sixties slingback lines, and nothing with the fun colors. Ordered them in sunset, wish I could get every pair. I have trouble with shoes as right foot is bigger, as others have said, they are a bit big. I adjusted the straps, wore them all day teaching, and I was fine.

I have worn stilletos for years, but with 2 small children, I needed something I can be a bit faster in and these fit the bill! They are cutest when you look straight down at your feet--the toe is a bit pointy, but not too much. The shoes dress up cropped pants and look great with skirts just above the knee. The reason for 4 stars is due to only whole size differences.

I want to love these shoes; the style is pretty and versatile, and the heel height is sexy yet comfortable.
Unfortunately, these are the most exasperating shoes I've ever worn. The slingback ankle straps, constantly slipping down from the first wearing, have stretched out and allow the shoes to flop off my heels. Instead of staying comfortably on my feet, the heels now slap, slap, slap along behind me wherever I go. My original intention was to purchase these cute shoes in more colors, but that won't be happening now. I love Boden shoes, but this style is not well designed.

I loved these sexy slingbacks so much, I purchased a 2nd pair! Ordered the black. Normally wear size 10, and I purchased 42. Fit perfect. Very sturdy and have been wearing them to work, church and going out to dinner!

I ordered the navy sixties sling backs, they were a very dark navy almost indistinguishable from black. They were very cute, but I couldn't keep them because they were too uncomfortable, as the toe part is so narrow my toes were pinched.

SO happy with this purchase! These shoes are just as described--chic and sleek. I'd like to take it a step further and add sexy in a demure and classy way--very Audrey Hepburn. I ordered the "dune" colored heel, which is a nice nude color (photo color is accurate) and will match many of the clothes I own (and the nude color really does help lengthen the appearance of one's legs!).

I ordered the size 40 (normally wear a size 9) and these fit wonderfully. As others have suggested, the back strap was a *smidge* too loose, but fortunately, there was one more hole on the strap, so I simply readjusted and voila! They fit like a dream. And contrary to a couple of reviewers, I find these to be extremely comfortable--so much more so than other heels I own, so of course, the comfort level makes these heels that much more delicious.

I think this style is timeless and is also a look women of all ages can pull off, whether you're in college or a sassy octogenarian. I have no doubt I will be wearing these sweet little numbers all summer long.

when i opened the boden box containing these delicious azure confections, i squealed.

and then bought a duplicate pair.

These shoes just arrived and I love them. I adjusted the ankle strap so that it is using the smallest notch, and they fit perfectly!

The color is bright, the patent leather is shiny.

I can see all sorts of ways to wear these shoes - I got the seaspray, and it's a true, intense turquoise.
