This dress is perfect for casual Fridays in the office. I wore it with a scarf the very first Friday after it arrived, and it looked polished while still being very comfortable to wear. I'm an apple-shaped woman so having the empire waist fall where it should -- a rare trait! -- gives me a slimmer look. My only complaint? The color/size choices are very limited. In many sizes, the pretty prints are either out of stock or have a long waiting list.

I am 150lbs, 5'5" and curvy. I am traditionally between sizes 8 and 10, depending on cut. I ordered a size 8 in the blue floral pattern and I am very happy with the fit. I have been wanting to find comfortable clothes that still maintain style. This dress fits that bill! The empire waist with the gathering in the center nicely hides a tummy. I paired it with leggings, flats, and a cardigan. It was really comfortable and flattering to wear. I received a lot of compliments. I am contemplating purchasing a solid...it is that great!

There is something very strange about how this dress fits over the bust. Though the rest of it seems to fit OK, the bust area pooches unattractively, as if it needs to be pulled tighter (and I am quite busty). Too bad, because it would otherwise be a flattering dress.

This dress is one of my Summer staples. I love that it hangs nicely, even after standing on the 90+ degree subway platform on August mornings. Although it has a relaxed fit the dress works well with a blazer when I need to look less casual.

This dress is great for an office that is not super corporate. It is comfortable and stylish. I'd buy it again.

I bought a pettit so I could wear it with leggings. Works perfectly.

Very Comfortable

A grand summer dress with a lovely flattering design in soft wrinkle-shedding fabric. Bonus: it couldn't be more comfortable and is suitable for any occasion.

I am 5' 4 and 125lbs, (recently gained after quitting smoking!!) and was looking for some new dresses that would be flattering and comfortable for the season. This dress is awesome. I wear it with a faded jean jacket and little boots and VOILA perfection.
Sexy, and at the same time appropriate for work, my daughter's school etc.

The fabric of this dress is very insubtantial. That would not have been a deal breaker but for the unfinished edges on the V-neck and around the sleeves. I would not have ordered this had the description included this fact; these edges would drive me crazy, plus, in my opinion, they make a garment look cheap (and of course, it is cheaper to manufacture this way). I am 5'9" tall and there was not really enough space between the shoulders and the band under the breasts. I think I would have been pulling it down all the time and then checking to make sure my bra did not show. This even looks to be the case on the model.
