I love this dress! I have it in the pink/coral color and black. I wear this to work, however, so I had to send the regular length black one that I ordered back for a longer length. It was too short for me at the office.

I have been looking for a good white dress for work for months....this is everything I wanted...sleeves, knee length, conservative neckline, great fabric but good style. Fits well and is not see through.

Love this dress. It does run large but reordered a smaller size with no trouble.

the only concern I have is the collar doesn't stand up perfectly, it creases in a couple of spots but its a classic piece (i got it in black), fits really well, looks great on, one of my new favs! husband loves it!

Honestly, I've been fantasizing about a dress like this for forever, and I'm pleased Boden offers these classic designs. Once I pulled the dress on, I was a bit concerned that "classic" might read "old", though the above-the-knee length helps. I'm a large size 6, (8 in Boden), D cup, hourglass, so I'm used to having trouble finding dresses to fit my 28" waist and 40" hip. This dress fits the hip, but I would need to have a tailor pull it in on the sides, and the tummy fabric DOES puff out and would need to be corrected as well. All in all, I still like the dress, but I am considering whether it's worth the trouble of having it tailored.

I love the white color and the design of the dress. It is very flattering on and the long length is perfect. The neckline is very classy looking and stylish. I feel like "Jackie O." The fabric and lining is vey classic. Add some pearls and you are set.

I bought this dress for work. I felt sexy and sophisticated while wearing it. I selected the pink/red color which was a nice addition to my wardrobe. I had to return the 10R for 10L because the 10R hit at or slightly above my knee. I think this dress should be worn below the knee. I am 5'8, with a curvy/athletic/busty build. I have concluded I need a 10L in all Boden dresses. The fit was a little loose in the waist and slighly tight in the arms. I could have gone down to an 8L, but I'm not sure it would have fit in the arms. Some might be bothered by the pleats in the front as they make the dress pouch a little. I don't expect a perfectly flat tummy after 4 babies.

The thing about this dress is that it meets ALL my specs...
truly gorgeous design that knows and respects a woman's body, well made, great fabric, lined. I am usually a 2 dress, 5.5, #125, hourglass. In Boden dresses I am a 4 long. The longer length makes the dress even more chic. Elbow arm length and notched vents great touches. Pull all that lovely textured cotton on, add good heels and Go, girl. I got the black, coming back for the coral. Nice offerings this season, Boden. Way to work edgy classic.

I bought this dress because it has enough style and shape to stand on its own without a lot of accessorizing, but also because it's simple enough that a scarf would look amazing. I like the pique material and think that lends to the vintage look. I purchased the ivory and the soft red...not sure which one I'll keep. Maybe both. The soft red looks slightly coral to me...maybe even a little pinkish. I wouldn't call it red. A skinny belt and heels would finish this dress off with polish. Although it may have to be ironed since it's cotton, the fabric makes the dress comfortable. I can also see this dress with cute flats for a more casual look.

I really liked this style online but when I tried it on, instead of accentuating my figure, it made me look like I had a belly I don't have. The pleats are in the wrong place, at least for me. Somehow everything just didn't lay right. I'm a petite and usually wear a size 4 or 6 Boden. In this style, the Boden 6 was the right size, it just didn't flatter. It went back.
