I'm 5' 10" & ordered the long, I appreciate the extra inch or two in length as it hits just above knee, however I don't think they dropped the waist for the long cut. Instead of hitting at the natural waist, it hits about 2 inches above, so not empire waist or "normal waist" shaping & unfortunately just an awkward place to hit.

I do like the dress, but think it will be going back

On the plus side, I like the blue color better in person than in pics.

Bought this for my sons wedding. Looking forward to wearing it. Hangs beautifully and flatters my curvy figure.

I'm 5'7 and read reviews saying the dress was short so I ordered a long. Definitely didn't need to. I feel the dress is a little matronly, so hopefully I can just wear it with some tall heels. It is well made and can be dressed up or paired with a belt and flats for a more casual feel

I had to wait to receive the dress which is the worst part. I hesistated to buy it at first because although the other colors were lovely, they weren't me. I purchased it in foxglove and can't wait to debut this stunner on father's day when I will steal the attention from my dear husband!

This is a beautiful dress, I wish I could buy every color. The fabric is airy but not see through--perfect for humid East Coast summers. The size around the bust area was a bit smaller that other size 8s I've ordered off Boden.

I bought this dress to wear to a family wedding. It is the perfect canvas on which to add sparkly accessories for an evening out OR simple classic accessories for a day event.

Like the other reviewers, I needed a bit of help with the back buttons. I, however, find them charming and would not have listed that as a negative point.

I bought this in my usual Boden size and it is a gorgeous dress, however it feels a bit tight right under my rib cage so I am trying a larger size. The tightness and poofiness (less flowy than I thought it would be) make my stomach and hips look large. My other complaint is that it arrived fairly wrinkled and is dry clean only.

I was disappointed by the fit.

I ordered two of these dresses, the light blue for myself and the red for my daughter. It is a beautiful, well made dress. Loved the colors, fabric and the design. It looked fantastic on my daughter, not so much on me. I think I have too much "stomach" for the style, so my dress was returned. Would love to have another style option in the light blue fabric.

There is a well concealed side zipper that makes the dress easy to put on and take off.
