This dress is gorgeous. I ordered many dresses in size 12 to compare and pick one -- the rest fit but this one was tight around my ribs. I think it's my favorite so I've reordered in size 14. Beautiful dress!

I vary between a 4 and a 6 so I purchased this dress in ivory size 4, it's really tight in the stomach area and required some extra tugging to zip up. It would work as long as you only have air and water for dinner. I ordered the size 6 to replace it so it should be fine. The dress is absolutely gorgeous, get it now while it's on sale!

I thought the look of this dress was simply classic and could go to work or out at night -- versatile and always looks good.

This dress is an absolute must for the classic dresser with an edge! I purchase the yellow one and it fits perfectly, with the exception of the bust. I will have to bring it for tailoring. I am size 6 and this is the first time I have this minor problem. The material is exquisite; it brought me back to the lace my mom used to get in Holland. The color is just as shown and it makes you feel part of the sun. The tailoring is impeccable, with the exception of the bust. I wore it with my long pearls ( really long)! And platforms in white with chunky hill in black. I used it for a conference and I received lovely comments from five people! Just fab!

Beautiful dress going to wear it to a beach wedding this summer

I ordered this dress (in yellow) for a graduation ceremony at which I will be speaking. I'm 5'2" and 118 lbs. I most always wear a 4P, so that's what I ordered. Unfortunately, the dress was too short (I needed knee length) and fit too snugly across the bust (I'm a 32 C). However, the dress is truly exquisite. The fabric is gorgeous; the style is elegant; and the dress appears to be well made. I'm returning it for a 4R; I only hope it arrives in time for the event!

I purchased this shift in the bright yellow and was struck by its beauty when it arrived. However, I was unpleasantly surprised that is was simply too big in some areas and a bit tight in others. I order my usual 8, or UK 12, which has always been perfect for me in terms of Boden shifts. I returned, it despite wanting to make it work. It simply felt a bit frumpy, yet the color was amazing.

I just received my lace dress...All I can say WOW!!! Lovely dress,Fit is great I am 5ft.3in and weigh 129Ibs. I chose regular size 8 and it is a perfect fit and length. I will keep this one for dress up night or special occasions...WOW!!! Lovely

This is such a beautiful dress and it made me smile as soon as I put it on. I ordered it in my usual Boden size and it fit perfectly. The material is very nice, and you can wear this dress to just about anything. Pair it with a sweater or blazer and it look great to go to work (I purchased the navy, which is so classic) or wear it with a beautiful wrap and some nice shoes and go to the opera, out for a nice dinner or even to a wedding. I was worried at first that this would just be a "going out" dress, but honestly you can wear it to work, particularly if you opt for the navy or white, which are classic colors. Overall, one of Boden's best efforts this season.

Great dress. Comfortable and feminine. I love this style. I bought a size 8 and I am 5'6", 138 lbs. Very curvy. I can feel girly at my age without feeling like I'm over doing it!
