The Dove Town print is adorable and the dress is very versatile, but the neckline is awkward - that is probably why the model's hair is covering the entire neckline. There is a narrow band of material that I first thought was a facing, but it is more like a smooth ruffle. A simple neckline would prevent this dress from looking like a house dress. I may modify the neckline or I may send the dress back.

Texas gets really hot and this dress is the perfect solution for a muggy summer day. It's stylish and light so it breathes well. I'm definitely glad I bought it.

I'm 5'4", 130ishlbs, 35.5(28FF)x26x37. Broad-shoulders, long torso, short legs.

I ordered a 6R in the Dove Town Print.

Sizing: So loose. I knew it'd be blousy and flowy. You can tell in the picture and I read the reviews. But I wasn't expecting this. It was huge everywhere except at my waist, which fit quite well. I couldn't size down as then the waist would be too tight.

Material and Construction: I don't mind Viscose Rayon. I know how to take care of it and I know how to manipulate it. It's so light and airy in the summer and layers well in the winter.
Boden's Viscose is particularly nice and seems to wear well.
This was put together great, no manufacturing complaints from me.

Color: The gray is a light bluish steel color. The yellow is buttery. The print is subtle and I love it. Great with sandals now, awesome with a yellow cardi and boots later.

So, I loved this dress, but I appeared to be out of luck with it as far as sizing goes. But, I'm stubborn.
Did I mention that I know how to make Rayon do what I want?
I shrunk this. Washed on hot, tumble dried hot for 10 minutes (any longer and Viscose will burn and get hard), awesome!
It fits how I needed it to. Shrunk evenly in every direction. The dress hits right below my knee, armholes shriveled up, doesn't look like a mumu. It is still blousy and flowy, but it's supposed to be! The important part is that now it isn't, nor does it appear to be, too big.
Do I suggest you do that yourself? No, no, no. Rayon can be very unpredictable when washing, so if you decide to follow my example, be prepared for anything.

I love the dress and suggest it if it works for you or if you're willing to make it work.

loved, loved, loved this pattern but the dress just didn't fit well. Way to big in the bust.

This is very flattering, but unlike most Boden dresses, it did not come with a built in slip. A belt would be nice, too. The print is adorable, and the feel is extremely feminine. Boden came through again!

This dress is light enough to be PERFECT for hot weather but is not "see-through" -- YEAH! Unlike so many annoying dresses that require camis and slips which make the dress useless in hot humid weather, you will be comfy in hot humid weather. Here's me: 5'10" , 144 lbs and slightly pear-shaped. I wore my usual size 8. The drape of this dress is wonderful - flowy & cool . You can dress it up for work if your work environment isn't too strict--I wear it with a very slim black patent belt sometimes. and a linen blazer. . And you can dress it up for night. Or you can go very casual in it. I bought the grey print and love it. (The photo on my monitor is representational). I am buying the other pattern now. GREAT dress Boden.

This dress fits true to size, but did order the longer length so it would sit on my natural waist.
It's been too cold to wear it here in New York, but I will be taking it on a business trip to New Orleans next week!

I liked the dark blue print but the waist is not adjustable and was so tight that I couldn't get it over my head, so I had to exchange for a larger size.
