This dress was not flattering. The waist was too high and felt uncomfortable where it was hitting. It accentuated my curves, but in a bad way. There was also a lot of fabric in all one color that just did nothing for me. It seemed like it would have been comfortable at least, but it went back.

The dress material is soft and flowy, and the cherry color is appealing. It just didn't fit me right; the waist fell in a weird spot even though I am high-waisted (which, based on other reviews, I thought would make this fit better on me). The oddly placed waist, plus the full pleated skirt made my hips look bigger than they are. I couldn't get the peter pan color to lay properly. Anyway, if this dress fit well, it would be a comfortable, stylish classic look. Not for me, sending it back.

I was so looking forward to receiving this dress. Many reviews said that it ran small, so since it didn't come in my usual petite, I ordered a 4R. The length was good, falling just at my knee (5 feet, 2 inches tall), but the top was huge. On the model the top and waist look like they're well fitted. It was so loose on me, I felt like a child playing dress-up. This is a very well made, classic dress. It just didn't look right on me.

Problem with this dress is that the waist is too high. I am only 5'3" and I can't wear this dress. Also, the design is such that it makes my tummy (not a big one) looks bigger. Oops, not a good piece since it doesn't flatter.

This dress is absolutely adorable. For me, the fit is perfect in size 2R (5'5"/105#). The hem hits right at the knee (just like the photo) and is the perfect length for work. I also love the modest shade of red - more like brick red. I would never have imagined such a stylish dress could be as comfortable as a nightgown. One of the best impulse purchases I have ever made! Buy this dress - you'll love it!

I love how soft and casual, yet work appropriate this is. The only thing I'd say is that the waist line needs to move down a few inches- this seems like it's sitting a little higher than is flattering with the neckline. Still a wonderful, easy dress!

I love the way this dress makes me feel! It's very easy to wear and flattering, and I'm sure it's going to become one of my wardrobe staples. It's comfortable in spring weather, and I can see adding tights and a cardigan for fall and winter.

This is a great, practical addition to my teacher wardrobe. It's comfortable, has movement, and the student's complimented me on it! I paired it with a light-weight scarf for a preppier look and some wedge heels (it's starting to get really hot here in Virginia). I felt professional, yet laid back in this dress, and since it's on sale, I ordered it in another color as well!

I love this dress-especially for the sale price. Wish I could afford to buy more! Great basic for work on this days I don't want to think about putting an outfit together. Fun to make funky.
