I'm 5'10, 150 lbs, and measure 36D-28-39. I originally bought this dress in an 8L thinking that I'd get it taken in, in the top and waist but it was way too big in the hips too. I thought it would cost too much. I sent it back and got it in a 6L. It's more snug in the hips, but the dress has a little stretch. It fits so much better and I just have to get in taken in the waist a little. This is normal for me. I usually buy a size 8 to accommodate for my hips and have a tailor make adjustments in the waist. The fact that I had to size down makes me think it runs a little large. The material is very durable and sturdy. I love the shape of this dress. I don't find the bow to be bulky at all. It adds elegance. Kelly green is my favorite color so this dress is perfect. The color is vibrant and amazing! I bought this dress for my graduation in the summer of next year! I want to buy another, but haven't decided on a color yet. Think it would be perfect for work/clinicals.

LOVE IT! The green color is gorgeous and the styling is very classic and elegant. I wore this to teach at my university last week. The bottom is pretty snug, so I needed some spanx (size 6 32-26-37), but it looked good. The only problem is the lining is attached to the kick pleat, so it encourages puckering if the lining rides up. Otherwise I love it!

A very pretty dress with classic lines. Feel sexy and feel like a grown up too. Fabric is rich with a beautiful finish. Dress is very well made. Perfect for a wedding. I am 5'8" and 125 lbs and the 4 fits well. Skims my frame with a bit of room which will allow for comfort as I run around after my toddler. The parchment color looked silver to me online but in real life it is khaki. Not a flattering color on me and it made the dress feel casual, so I'm waiting for the arrival of navy and sapling (green). By the way, Boden customer service is unbelievable! I called to make sure the dresses would arrive in time for the wedding I'm attending and the associate actually caught that I had purchased the dress while it was on sale, so she honored that price, and she was very helpful in making sure I received the dress on time. Thanks Boden! Where have you been all my life?

Dress was waaay too small in my regular size. Tight in the hips, rear, arm holes, and bust. Otherwise it seemed nice, and the bow was not too bulky.

Stunning dress. The material was thinner than I expected, but the green colour is vibrant and beautiful.

I had high hopes for this pretty and creative sheath. It is made out of good fabric, cottony but with a sheen to it, and I like that it is lined, although a more slippery lining would help here as the cotton catches on tights or sticks to them a little when walking. My main issue with this dress is that the front bow design did not lay flat and was too bulky overall. I was sorry to send it back...

This is a gorgeous, well-made dress. it is very well tailored, fitted and not big around the arms at all. I purchased it in the 6/L and at 5'8.5, it fell well below my knees so I exchanged it for a regular. The material is a high quality slightly satin-ish cotton that looks more like an expensive silk. I can't imagine how it is going to wash--it is next to impossible to find high-end dresses that are washable--thank you, Boden for being one of the few retailers who provides machine/hand washable dresses. The blue color is rich and the overall effect is classy, lady-like!

I was recently in my friend's outdoor wedding. This dress was perfect; it was comfortable, modern, and fit well (the long size was perfect for my 6'1" frame). It is versatile enough to go from Bridesmaid's dress to the perfect dress for an evening out or another summer wedding. I see it as something I'll be able to wear again and again!

I usually take a 10 dress in Boden but an 8 skirt because I am a 36C. I ordered this in a 10 and it was way too big everywhere else except the bust. Then I ordered an 8 but it was too tight everywhere, especially the bust. Sometimes I feel that Boden dresses are not designed for bustier women. The green color was beautiful and I was sorry to send it back, but did not feel like having the 10 altered.

This dress is a bit poofy in the chest around the bow, but therefore modest and appropriate for many functions. I was very surprised by this because I have a large 38DD bust. The wonderful cotton with a little stretch in the fabric makes this a comfortable go-to dress.
