I ordered this dress because I liked the colorblock look but I did not realize how flimsy and shiny the material would be. I pulled it out of the package and new before I tried it on that it would be very unflattering. I sent it back. I think if you are looking for a one time wear for a more formal event it would work for you.

I am struggling with a decision about this dress...the fabric is quality and the color combinations are all great. The dress gets very wrinkly while sitting for just a bit and the fit around the shoulders and arms is a bit odd. The shape gets a bit better with a belt compared to the sash that comes with it. I originally imagined wearing this to an outdoor summer wedding, but I don't think the dress is formal enough. Perhaps I will keep it around for a less fancy occasion.

I'm 5'7", 135 lbs, busty, and I carry what extra weight I have in my midsection. This dress does not work for me at all. The brightest block of color accentuates the middle and made me look huge. Not a good idea if you're built like me - will be sending it back.
