This is a better quality denim jacket than I have seen elsewhere. The only improvement I'd make is if it were a bit more fitted.

This jacket seemed well made and attractive in the photos, just what I wanted for spring or a cool summer night. I ordered one size up to make sure it would fit my large shoulders and have room for a light sweater, but found that the waist was HUGE and flared out in front. I want to like it but I can't. It's going back.

This is a perfect little jacket to go with so many things in my closet. Ideal for the mild California climate, I find myself reaching for it quite often.

The lining, mentioned in most of the reviews, really IS pretty - a nice surprise every time I see it. Feminine and sweet, and makes the basic denim jacket something "more".

I am glad I ordered up one size. To wear it over two layers, I would need to order up one more size...but I am very happy with it. It has that unique BODEN feel to it!

I just received this in the mail and have worn it once. I really like it but I probably could have gone down a size. I am in between a Boden 6 and 8 and ordered an 8. I think I'll keep the 8 since I can wear thicker tops underneath. This is a great versatile jean jacket that I can wear with my summer dresses. It is a thicker and substantial jean jacket with nice weight to it. I've seen cheaper jean jackets but they probably wouldn't stand the test of time and washing. This jean jacket looks like it will be in my closet for many years.

I absolutely loved this jacket when I received it. It appeared to be made so well and of such great quality. When I tried it on I felt like it was a bit too short-waisted for me. I'm about 5'10" and it barely met the top of my hips. I prefer jackets to hit a bit further down on me. It also seemed to have a bit more boxy style rather than slim-fitting so it didn't feel as flattering as other denim jackets I've owned. Other than that, I loved it but decided to send it back.

I love, love, love this jacket!!! I got it in the orange color and it is beautiful! The jacket has a fun print lining which I haven't seen in any other denim jacket, making it a little warmer and nicer. The jacket fits perfectly. I am a size 6, 5' 6" and 130 pounds if that helps. The orange goes with so many things. It stands out more than the blue, though I would like to order this in other colors, too. I am wearing it with dresses, pants and skirts and it looks and feels great. I am getting so many compliments and questions of where I got it. This is a smart pick for the season. It is a winner. My daughters and granddaughters want to borrow it all the time.

I really liked the style of this jacket - the contrast lining is lovely and the zig zag around the buttons is really interesting without being too unusual. Unfortunately, as a petite, I would always have to have the cuffs rolled up. The lining print in the denim color is a soft purple background with light turquoise, brown and raspberry flowers, and doesn't go with enough of what I currently own so I'm sending it back.

Love this jacket. I bought the duck egg (more like a pale sage green) and the guava (which is more orange than pink, but just enough pink to make it a beautiful coral that someone who can't wear orange can wear this color). I wish it came in more colors other than the denim. Boden, you need to do this in a beautiful lilac/lavender, seafoam/aqua and a bright blue. I'd buy them all. I really like the bit of stretch in the fabric.

Great little denim jacket. Has a nice feminine fit. Bought the Indigo color and it looks great with almost everything in my closet.

It's not shown in the pictures, but the inside has an adorable fabric print. I bought this in the classic denim color and am dying for the others as well. Unlike other denim jackets, this one fits great- not too shrunken and has beautiful detail on the buttons and stitching. If you like to layer underneath, I would recommend going up a size. I fit perfectly into size 4 Boden shirts but needed the jacket in a 6. Can't wait to make this an everyday staple!!
