these are both good shirts to have on hand for every day but my husband likes a little something "extra" in the design of his work shirts, these are just straight forward. he is in a shirt and tie everyday for work though. I wouldn't call them "dressy" as they aren't a crisp material but they are durable and could be a staple for any male closet.
