I bought these for my daughter because the style is darling and these will look really cute with her school uniform. But, we had to send them back because her foot is long and a little on the narrow side and these are just too wide. Even if you tie them super tight, her foot slips right out.

I bought these for my twelve year old. She wears a size nine. I was uncertain which size to buy for her and so emailed Boden's customer service. Marie was prompt and polite, and correctly recommended that I go with a size 40. They fit my daughter perfectly! Thank you Marie and Boden.
And, by the way, they're adorable shoes to boot. They remind me of the shoes I wore to dance class as a girl, only in cute colours and a bit more durable.
