The off white version is very blah, the beach print is soooo cute, but it is very small so it does not read at all unless you are very cloe up. Very feminine with the pintucks on front and back. Warning: the dress is very sheer and so is the lining, another layer will be needed for modesty

I bought the 8y dress in blue for my daughter. She absolutely loved it. When she first put it on, it came to her knees. After just one wash (I washed in cold and line-dried) it shrunk 3 inches. It is now mid-thigh and more like a tunic. I would recommend hand washing or dry-cleaning. Customer Service was EXCELLENT. They replaced the dress at no charge!

We got this dress in the blue w/stars. Very simple looking out of the bag, but when she put it on; Wow! it was a very pretty dress. She begged to wear it to school the first day we got it and got tons of compliments. perfect for a play, church or a day at school that is easy going (no PE!) I haven't washed it yet, so I can't review that. The color is just beautiful
