My 12-year old daughter, a devout skinny jeans and tee kind of girl, gave this dress a try and now wants it in every color. The fit is on point, the material is durable yet comfy, and the style is absolutely adorable for a girl who's too old for "kid styles" and too young for risque teen attire. The look can be dressed up or down (it's great with Boden's boyfriend cardigan, by the way) and is perfect for school, travel, play, and everything in between. Another stellar Boden product!

This dress is perfect for my daughter to throw on over her swimsuit and eat on the deck at the club or for the walk home. It's also great for her jazz class with some short leggings underneath. I know she will get lots of use out of it and it's adorable on, especially paired with a jean jacket. She is a tall 10-year-old so we got the 13/14. It's a little large, but gives her room to grow.

This is a great dress for my 11 year old daughter. It can be used as a swimsuit coverup or a casual summer dress. My daughter is quite short for her age and the 11-12 fits her perfectly. I would guess this might run small on taller girls (the waist could be too short). The pockets are practical and cute for young girls (but they would make MY hips look big)!

I have gotten so much wear from one dress!
I've worn this as a beach cover-up...to dinner with a denim jacket over it...and by itself with a cute pair of sandals to go shopping.
I love how comfortable it feels and yet by adding the right jewelry it can be dressed up or down!
