I really wanted to like this as the fabric patterns are all so pretty. However, when my 9 year old put it on, the shape was just odd and poofy. It's extremely full and just made her look shapeless on the bottom. We sent it back and exchanged it for the pleated skirt, which is lovely.

i bought this skirt for my daughter. she loves yellow and really wanted "the parrots". it is the softest cotton, after a washing it feels like crisp cotton sheets. the best feeling in a summer fabric. it rests perfectly on her waist and the lenth is perfect! unexpected bonus it looks super cute with the rain boots.

Perfect skirt for summer or pair with leggings for cooler spring days. Goes well with many of the Boden tops, looks very pulled together and my daughter loves to twirl around in it. we have the navy and it washed up well, retained its shape with no ironing needed.
