I bought the navy and floral for my 10 year old active daughter. She is heading into the 13-14 but with the elastic waist the 11-12 is still the best fit for her. (I first bought a Johnnie B 13-14 knit skort and it falls off of her--will use next year.)The heading are words my daughter (and I) use to describe this skirt.
