We got the dark blue with white/red/yellow which looks fun with the red sleeveless ruffle t-shirt. But, as others have said, these aren't great quality--the terry cloth is thin and looks a bit worn at the edges. I also wish they were longer. Not sure if we'll keep.

I bought the red pear & apple shorts size 4 for my 3 year old who is 36lb & 38in tall. The red is not as bright as shown in the picture. She loves them. Great for casual at home wear, beach/pool wear.

We have always loved these shorts, but this year they seem a little on the thin side. You can see the white fabric showing through the terry loops. I haven't washed them yet, but I'm hoping that will fluff them up a little. In the past they were thicker and better quality.

Meh - this year's patterns could use improvement. My 10-year old loves these toweling shorts, but the patterns are so loud this year! I wish there were some basic stripes or other patterns suitable for older girls. She is no longer interested in polka dots or apples.
