These are mom approved short, shorts. Love the fit and the adjustable waist is a plus for my slender girl. The stride and waistline are also good, appropriate, stylish and comfortable. These shorts are already a summer favorite!

Loved the look of these, but worried about that cute tie in front. The tie sort of makes the shorts to me. But much to my surprise the girls can just slip the short up and down without untying the tie. Wonderful! Thanks, Boden.

Such a cute pair of shorts! I purchased 3 pairs for my daughter. My favorite pair is the topical island print. Even cuter and brighter in person. These are my daughter's go to shorts- very comfy yet stylish. We both love the ribbon belt too. They wash and dry great which is another definite plus!

Really cute shorts, true to size, extremely well made and stylish. My daughter is height-weight proportionate, on the lean but athletic side. The way the bottom cuff of the shorts is sewn caused the legs of the shorts to bunch up between her legs and kind of bag in the front; with the volume from the pleats, it was kind of too much. If your child has thighs that are on the thin side, these shorts are adorable - I love the print version. Wish they came in my size!

For my seven year old, I purchased the print & the blue. They're both great & work really well with tank tops. My only complaint is that she felt they were a little on the mature side for her age. Other than that - comfy shorts she can dress up or down. Cute with crocs or sandals!

I loved these shorts! Alas, the fit was tight and it was a bit odd. Back they go and I hope I can get the next size up- the tropical pattern is really cute!
