My daughter has been asking for jean shorts, and I thought these would be perfect, but when she tried them on, they were huge and not very flattering on her. I think it is mainly size and fit. I also think that these shorts may be better suited for an older child. My daughter is only 3, and I am thinking that perhaps these shorts are better for 7yrs+, just based on cut and fit.

We have the denim heart pocket shorts and they are huge in the waist....we have to adjust the waistband so much that it looks super silly...will save for next year and hope they aren't too short then :)
