Love these shorts, they were small and we had to return the first set and exchange for a larger size but now with the new size they are just great. So, I would order a size larger than you would normally order.

We got these as a good option for school--our school has a more conservative dress code, and it is hard to find longer shorts. These are super soft, and they go well with the seahorse applique shirt! We got a size 9 for my 8year old who is 52in/58lbs.

Absolutely love these shorts! I bought them for my 3 yr old daughter in the blue and white stripe first and she insisted on wearing them every chance she got, so I bought another pair in the yellow polka dot. It looks like I'm going to have to get more colors...cause she wears them constantly!

Sizing is way off. Bought a 6 for my almost 5 yr old for some growing room and they fit very snug. Fit now and hopefully all season but likely won't get any use next year

Got these in yellow for my average size 9 1/2 yr old. They are a nice bright yellow, comfortable and still very cute. I ordered 11/12 due to boden's often smaller sizing in pants but would have been fine with her usual size of 9/10 as these are quite roomy. Still very wearable though and are keeping them hoping for a couple seasons' wear.

These are the perfect shorts for my active little girl who insists on wearing sweatpants with an elastic waistband! We love how soft they are, not to mention the longer length. And we adored the prints so much that we bought 3 pair. These are thinner material, but I'm fine with that as they are intended to be worn in hot weather.

Please make more of these next year, Boden.

Very nice pants but I like pedal pushers from previous seasons better because of the waistband. Also they run small; I had to get size 11 for my soon-to-be 9 year old and size 6 for my 4 year old (last year's pedal pushers are size 10 and size 5 for them right now). All in all very well made comfortable practical pants, colors and designs are great (as always) so we love you Boden!!
