My daughter is 2.5 years old and she absolutely loves this nightgown. She's really into dresses and loves the idea of wearing a dress to sleep. The length of the dress is perfect...it shouldn't be too short or it won't cover enough. Perfect for warm summer nights.

Just perfect for my 5 year old daughter. She is 47 inches and the 5/6 fits her quite well. The larger size would have probably skimmed the ground. I think it did shrink a bit after washing. It is not too thick or thin, and has a classic look to it that reminds me of nighties from my own youth. We are very happy. I think it will be in good shape for her younger sister when the time comes. If it weren't for the price, I would have bought many more.

My sister gave us two Boden nightgowns when we were visiting over the holidays. Even though they were a few sizes too big, they were perfect for warmer nights. What's more remarkable is that they truly do soften with every wash. I love that the cotton is thick and holds up well.
