Both my daughters love this dress, although my younger one will have to wait to wear hers, as we discovered it too late and they were all sold out in the smaller sizes. I ended up ordering her one she will grow into next year. I first ordered one for my older daughter only since they were already out of the size my younger daughter would wear, and she loved it so much, went back and ordered another color for her and the (next year) one for my little one. Please do look at sizing- we have better luck going up a size in Mini Boden for both my girls. They are "regular" fit (elder dtr) and "slim" fit (younger dtr), and both on the taller side. Thanks Boden, for making such a smart and fun, yet comfortable and practical dress!

I disagree with the other reviews. We are returning this dress. Nothing great about it. It's very basic and simple. The fabric is thin. It looks like poor quality.
You might get a similar dress at any popular retailers for a much better price.

My two girls have been wearing these dresses everywhere. They have been to birthdays parties, where they looked festive, but were able to run around and play. They wear the dresses to school a lot too. Their favorite feature is the pockets! Hope Boden will bring this next season, so that we can get the next sizes - by the time I realized how great the dress was, some sizes were sold out.
