I fall in love with this dress – it has combination of elegance simplicity and style but in the price I still can afford! I can combine this dress with a lot of different accessories like (red wide belt, red shoes or black slim belt and classy black shoes and look different every time). I got this dress in grey color.

I LOVE this dress - very MAD MEN. I get compliments every time I wear it - from friends, strangers, students, waitresses...It fits like a glove and makes me feel elegant. The skirt is a bit full but is still flattering. This dress would be absolutely perfect if the skirt were slightly less full and there were on-seam pockets. However, it is great as is. After wearing it in tumeric, I was so pleased that I ordered a second one in black.

Beautiful dress! I hope Boden brings this back in other colors and fabric weights. Very classic and versatile. Unfortunately for me, it is just too big and there is too much to alter so to do so would wreck the lines of the dress. I am 5'5", 120 and I bought a 6R. Dress hit perfectly at the knee and waist was positioned well but I need about 2" taken from the waist to make it wearable. Armholes and neckline are fine. Very sad to have to send this back.

This dress is gorgeous. It's fun and retro looking but also classy and very appropriate for work. I plan on wearing it at various work related events but it can easily work for a dinner or with the right accessories for family events, holidays, etc. I did wait until it was on the clearance sale to order it, because it is on the expensive side, but if Boden offers other colors next year, I may splurge on another one. I ordered my usual size 6 and it fits great. I am 5'4'' with a pear shaped figure, so I am slim on top and, as some other reviewers said, the material on top is designed for women who are bustier. But in my case (I'm a 34B) the fact that it was a bit larger on top did not make a real difference. The material falls rightly where it needs to fall and it just feels roomier up there. So if you are an A cup, this dress is not for you. Very happy with my purchase, I look forward to wearing it at the first opportunity!

LOVE this dress! Couldn't be more fun and fabulous! So, the first one I got had a pull in it - which I realized after wearing it.. :( But, the material and fabric are great - and shouldn't be an issue with the exchange I get. I got SO many compliments, and it is a super fun and flirty dress. Can dress it up with a belt, etc, or down. Can be used for all types of settings. Couldn't be happier - and love the green color!

This is a really well made beautiful dress. I love the color. The only problem is that the fit is much loser than the photo on the model. The waist doesn't fit snuggly as the photo. But the material and the styling are so pretty, I'm going to keep it and get it altered.

Very nice soft, fine wool - the gray color is nearly black. It has a lot of fabric in the skirt portion, which gives it a unique, retro look, but it also makes me look a little dumpy (I am not slim in the waist area). I imagine this would look fabulous on a young, tall, thin woman (doesn't everything?). Still, I love the style of it, and haven't seem much that is similar. Great to wear to work when a suit is too much - it is feminine and pretty but still very professional. You could also wear it to a fancy date with a string of pearls and high heels. A very good price for the quality of this dress.
