I wasn't sure ordering this jacket --the pictures really do not do it justice. But I needed a jacket for work and gave it a try. I'm so glad I did! it's very stylish, fits perfectly and is extremely flattering. I wore it to work today for the first time and I got many compliments. I also wore it all day and it was super comfortable. I like that the material is not heavy, so on winter days I can easily wear it underneath a coat. The detail on the front, buttons, sleeves, and lining is wonderful, exactly what has made me such a loyal customer of this brand. It's a timeless piece; I know I'll enjoy it for a long time.

This jacket is really beautiful. It fits very well on an hour glass figure, and looks great with the Wool City Skirt to make a fetching suit. It also looks lovely worn over a dress for work. The material is a bit lighter than last year, but I think that just makes this jacket more versatile. Overall, a great purchase.

I wanted to like this, and while the body was really flattering, the sleeves were about two inches too short for me. I'm 5'10" and I have very long arms for my body. I was disappointed this came in petite and not long. Also, it is too expensive for a basic blazer, even if it is well-made.

My experience with suits and city style is limited from living in a rural mountain community with mostly dirt roads and a outdoor lifestyle. Business trips to hot cities convinced me to invest in a skirt-suit. When I ordered this, I had no idea how soon I would need it. While it was enroute, I was asked to greet President Obama and Airforce One on the runway. The suit arrived earlier than expected (YAY!) along with the Boden Flippy Wool Skirt, and on a 101 (F)-degree day, I met the President and I didn't stress about what to wear.
