I have been looking for a well-made full, 50s-style skirt for a while now, and this Grace skirt was exactly what I pictured. I ordered my regular size 12, and the fit was great. The fabric had a nice weight to it and it and the construction of the skirt felt high quality and expensive. My one complaint is the color. I ordered the gold, which on my monitor was a warm yellow mustard color. When it arrived, I was very disappointed to discover that is was actually a dull, brownish gold with a slight sheen. Instead of the color feeling fresh and young, it felt old-lady and was incredibly unflattering. I had to return.

I bought the black skirt, and it fit perfectly hitting the knee nicely. The fullness of the skirt is swishy without overwelming. It is quite flattering.

I love this skirt! Grace is a good name for it. I felt so graceful wearing it, like Vera Ellen in an old musical. It has a great, classic style, not too poufy or big. Despite my best efforts, it did wrinkle since I was sitting at work all day, but it didn't look awful. Easy to dress up or down.

I bought this skirt in both the bright pink and the blue. It's a cute, comfortable, full skirt. The colors are gorgeous.

My only complaint is that Boden doesn't seem to have many shirts/blouses/sweaters/tops that actually match this skirt. Black is an obvious choice, but I wish there was a chocolate brown top to match the pretty blue skirt or a grey top that perfectly matched the pink skirt.

I didn't look twice at this skirt earlier in the season, thinking it would be too youthful and/or too dressy for work, but then it was on sale and I decided to take a chance--so glad I did! The skirt is beautiful. The colors (red/black) are bright and rich, and I love the full skirted swishiness. It fits like a dream, and even gives me a waist (hurray!). With a simple black Boden top it will be perfect either for work or for going out to dinner. It lifts my spirits just to put it on! Thanks, Boden.

This skirt is simply amazing. I'm 5' 7", 130 pounds and I ordered a size 4R in Black and it fits PERFECTLY. It also looks beautiful on if I do say so myself. The material is shiny, durable (but not bulky) and ever so soft! The '50s-style flare makes it fun and retro, so get ready for endless compliments. It's ideal for work, but I plan on wearing it everywhere!

The pleats that start at the waist gave me big hips. The cotton fabric also has too much sheen, and came badly wrinkled. The fabric is too light for a winter skirt, which is what I wanted. I returned it.

It is a skirt that makes one want to twirl and twist. It fits true to size. The shiny material is beautiful. I got the hot pink and black. It is very bright, but I like it that way.
