Very cute skirt (that I waited a long time to order until it popped back in my size) but it runs large and isn't the most flattering on my straight figure. This would look better on a pear shape I think. Nice soft fabric despite being a blend and perfect just above the knee length on me at 5'5".

I ordered this skirt in size 6R in both the red and the grey. I was worried about the length being too short but it wasn't really an issue because the skirt sits lower on the waist than I expected so the 19" length really came to about 21 - 22 from my natural waist to the hem. So it's a few inches above the knee which is fine. But for some reason neither the red nor the grey particularily flattered me. I'm 5' 5" and 118 pounds so it might have worked a bit better in a 4. I think I was expecting slightly more flounce to the skirt. Well made and the colors are true red and a medium grey. For anyone waiting for a 6R in either color, I'm sending these right back. Just didn't work for me. Oh well - they will be lovely on someone else!

The skirt has a nice swing to it. I feel very girly and sexy in it. It is shorter than I expected. I bought a blk 2R because there was no more 4R left. It's a tight fit but I guess it's ok on me. I'm 5'4" and about 115lbs. so if you like it a bit closer to the knee, then get a long instead of a regular.

This skirt is made of beutiful material & lining, with three separate sections so it is sewn perfectly to flatter a woman's figure without being tight. It falls at the perfect part of the leg, skimming mid knee (5'8"/120 lbs & somehow curvy hips). I would wear for an eveing out, work, summer with sandals and winter with boots. It is that go to skirt that works for every occasion, plus valentine's is coming soon & that is RED!

This skirt has a great shape--fun and comfortable. I got the orangey-red in the longer fit and it's perfect for me. It's lined and feels substantial but light and easy to wear at the same time. I actually ordered the gray too but in the shorter length, and it was very cute but short for me. Had they had the grey in the longer style when I got these on sale then I'd probably have kept both!

Since I have hips, I ordered a 14 and 16. Kept the 14. This skirt is easy to wear and looks great paired with boots or shoes. The ultimate test? Many compliments! My only caution is that it can be a bit itchy around the finished edges if you have sensitive skin. The pluses far outweigh this one minor point.

I waited 3 weeks for this skirt to ship from England...but the 12R was too short. I'm 5'9". It just didn't hang right, either, so back it went!

This is my third Boden skirt purchase this winter, and perhaps my favorite. The outer fabric and lining is very soft with a good weight. The style is very cute without being too youthful. It looks great with tights and riding boots, as well as a kitten heel or a flat.

I loved the idea of this skirt but the reality is that it didn't work for me. I'm petite but I have hips and the fit looked very unflattering on my frame. I think this style would work better on someone with a 'straighter' frame.
