I bought this in white, and the second I put it on my husband was making all sorts of pirate jokes. He's right. The gold buttons on the white shirt are tacky and the balloon sleeves make it worse. Combine that with the collar - and you are a pirate. I found it fit around the bust but there was too much fabric around the waist.

Beautiful top, but oddly cut. Too narrow for me at the shoulders and too bulky at the waist. I am normally a size 4 and bought a 6 due to other reviews. It was still too tight across the shoulders. It is getting returned.

It's casual sophistication can be dressed up or down depending on what you pair with it, can easily layer under a sweater or jacket, flows gently over the body without being boxy, and the colors are fabulous. This blouse wears well alone, or dress it up with a scarf or necklace. It wears comfortably and can be tucked in or left untucked. The fabric is soft and doesn't seem to wrinkle. It is true to size. Not just for the very young. Multi - purpose top and I would highly, HIGHLY recommend it! LOVE IT!

"Flame" color closer to the photo with the model, just more "rust" which was disappointing. I love that vibrant orange red in the item single shot.
This shirt has large yet somehow restrictive armholes. Making it weird across the shoulders - in either size. Feels like one hail of a cab and it's a goner. I tried a 4 and a 6 (depending on store I'm usually a 4/6) in two different colors but was underwhelmed overall.
Too bad.
