I wear a 4 and in some brands a 2 depending on if I'm in slimmer mode or not. I have another pair of Boden linen pants in 4 and they fit fine but these I could not even zip up in a 4. It seems that the QC must be off since some reviewers say they fit well. I have ordered Boden skirts and one fit perfect and another in the same size and color fit way baggier, so there must be some inconsistencies in manufacturing. Hope it gets cleared up- it's great workmanship and fabric and style otherwise. Not sure if adding elastene solves the problem either since that can wear out in certain areas like knees and rear, and then you've got another issue.

Really loved the fabric on these but they are made for someone with no butt or hips! I am very often a 4 in Boden but have had trouble with the skirts for this same reason; they are made for smaller hips and no butt.

Would love if they could come up with a new fit in the trousers and skirts for someone with a butt!

I am 5' and 100 lbs, somewhat pear shaped, and Boden petite 4 pants seem to fit perfectly (though I did have to hem them the slightest bit). Love that I can dress them up for work, or down for the weekends. They feel well-constructed and fabric is high-quality - typically what I would expect from Boden.

I loved the cut and tailoring on these pants but neither size 6 nor 8 did not fit me right: 8 had way too much extra fabric around hips, in 6 I looked great but I could not sit down without worrying about them coming apart at the seams. A bit of stretch could have solved the latter issue. Too bad I had to return them!

I really wished these would work. I am 5'7'' and 128 pounds. I wear a size in the US sizing, and some 4s that run larger. I do have a pear shape, so that likely factored in, but these pants just don't work. It's as if they didn't build in any room for a woman's hips! I ordered the 8, which were so big they were nearly falling off fully zipped, so exchanged for a szie 6, which were so narrow I could hardly zip them.
Anyway, it may be my shape doesn't lend myself to pants from here, which is too bad. There seemed to be good quality, material, and details.

Great trousers with a nice fit - not too loose, nor too tight. Great weight that can be dressed up with a jacket for work or dressed down with a tee and flats.

I love these pants. The only change I would make is the fabric. The cut and style of the pants would work better with some stretch in the fabric. The fabrication is beautiful, piping and details are great. I have them in 2 colors and both will be a great addition to my wardrobe.

I have bought lined wool trousers from Boden and loved the fit. They are well made, but I wish the fabric had some kind of wrinkle resistance because they wrinkle practically from the moment you put them on. I bought a size 12, my usual, and am wondering if I could have tried a 10 because they do bag a bit after a while.

For cotton/linen pants, I thought they were pricey, but I bought anyway because quality isn't cheap. I'm keeping them, but could have probably found something comparable for a bit less.

I thought the fabric felt nice and the detailing was nice. I just was over-ambitious in picking my size and ended up with some very tight, white pants. : ) So I returned them. I opted not to exchange them only because I have similar pants in the larger size already.
