I was looking for a cotton pique dress for spring into summer. I love the print and the style, but the fabric and liner are too heavy for our tropical climate. I would like to see a pique without the heavy liner. We southern ladies love our light fabrics as it's not the heat, it's the humidity!

I was so happy when I pulled this dress on (yes, a bit difficult to get into but worth it!) because the quality feel and figure flattering detail were exactly what I wanted. And the pop of the almost-neon pink flowers was a nice surprise. This is a pleasant and fun departure from the solid color sheath. What a beauty.
I am 5'6 and this just covered my knees, which is my preferred length. I bought the size 8 which was perfect. But I bought another shift dress in the same order, also a size 8, but it was too small. So I would say that this dress runs slightly large. Too bad it's no longer available--I might have ordered another color.

I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the thicker material on this, but it felt higher-end than some of the slinky clothes that are out there. I could see luncheons, fun dinners downtown in this one. Pink/navy color scheme was very flattering on my brunette coloring.

I really like the Notch Neck Shift. I wore it on Easter and felt great in it. The peacock botanical color is very pretty, and the fabric weight is substantial. I found the size 4R to be a good fit for my 5'7" frame. The longer version did not suit me as well. As others have mentioned, the belt loops are a minor issue, but I am not overly concerned about it. Along with the dress I wore feminine black patent sandals to complete the look.

I'm 5'11" and ordered this in the 6R and the 8L. I actually noticed no difference in garment widths apart from the longer length and the more A-line skirt shape of the 8L. If you have a longer torso, definitely opt for the long as there's a big difference in where the waist and hips hit. Aside from that: beautiful pattern and colors, although the fabric pills a bit.

I have an hourglass shape, so I find I look best in clothes that are structured and have a defined waist. Even better, this dress has a "Mad Men" sort of 50s vibe, and when I tried it on, it made me feel great. I love the turquoise color (I didn't think it looked like a couch cushion as one reviewer warned, but the fabric is a bit heavier) and the size 8L fit me well (I'm a big size 6, 5'7, D cup). My only slight issue was that the material over the stomach/rib cage area bloused a bit, so I took it to a tailor to pinch it in. Totally worth it!! The other negative is that the material is heavy, so it isn't really a Texas summer kind of dress. Still, great price and

Bought this on a whim because I thought it might fill a niche in my wardrobe. Now I think it might be one of those go-to pieces. The fit is beautiful (I'm 5'5", 130lb) very tailored but also forgiving. The lines are classic but the pattern gives it a little twist. I couldn't be happier!

Boden please do more of these dresses. The cut is incredible, so fitted with the side zipper, slimming even for a curvy figure like mine, the fabric is great quality in terms of its weave and weight, the prints are fun. I want the dress in a solid color -- the print is so distinctive I don't think I can two of them!
