Bought this dress on sale and can't wait to wear it. Once again Boden distinguishes their designs with great color combinations and their distinctive beading. Bought a petite size 2 and the dress fits perfectly. I usually need to have dresses tailored but the empire waist fits me perfectly. I expect that I will wear this dress often both to work and for evenings out with my hubby.

I was planning to wear this dress for church. The neckline was not too low, which I liked, but on me it had more of an "empire waist" fit. Just not very flattering on me, since my waist is more narrow and I like to define it whenever possible. I ordered the Plum colors- very cheerful and pretty in person. I'll return it to justify more dress purchases from Boden. :)

I've been eyeing this for months and finally ordered it on sale. So sad that it didn't work. I'm a sz 6 everywhere but now that I'm nursing twins I'm pretty busty. Unfortunately it was a little snug up top. Would probably work for someone with a more normal bustline. Must say that the lining was so incredibly soft and luxurious feeling. Sad to send it back.

I wear this dress to the office, to parent-teacher conferences, or out to dinner. It runs true to size, and my regular Boden size (4) fit perfectly. (I am 5'10" 140 lbs, and a 34A, so Boden's narrow tops fit me perfectly.)
I didn't have to alter it a bit, the 4R was just the right length, and I literally get compliments almost every time I wear it. Great piece!

I bought this dress for a wedding this October, and have already worn it!! It is fully lined, fantastic colors and wears like a dream! Bought it on sale and so worth it, even if I did have to pay full price!!! The colors are a bit brighter in person and so much fun! I am 5'3 but purchased in a petite and so glad I did!

I had high hopes for this dress as the colors are stunning. The material and the lining were nice and of high quality. The beading looked cheap to me, however.
The fit was not good for me. It might work well for a straighter body type. There was not enough waist definition and the top was swimmingly large but sizing down would have made the hips too tight for me. I am pear shaped but do have a large-ish bust (32DD) so I'd think that the top would have fit a bit better. This one got returned.

This is my new "lucky" dress! The first time I wore it to the office I rec'd multiple compliments in one day (people were actually stopping me in the hallway to ask where I got it). The second time I wore it was for my annual review, and got a raise, so it's now my lucky dress! I'm planning on wearing it to a friend's wedding; perhaps I'll land my husband, lol. It's stylish, unique, and the beadwork is beautiful. Only complaint is that it's a little stiff and after a washing one of the beads came loose.

I highly suggest this dress. I've only worn the dress twice but am so pleased with the way it fits, looks, wears. In fact, I've received more compliments on this dress than others in my wardrobe. I'm also amazed - or shocked - that it didn't need to be dry cleaned. I just popped it in my front load washer (inside out of course) and washed it in cold water with my other gentle items. It came out perfectly - I really can't believe it.
