I was skeptical that these jeans would work for me because I have become very jaded about finding jeans that fit me. I'm a mother, but I don't want mom jeans. I want sexy, nice fitting jeans, but I want to be able to breath and I want to be able to relax and eat without feeling constricted. I want jeans to show off my curves, but I don't want my jeans to try to be a thong. These jeans are sexy and real! Finally! I have found jeans that have it all!I will definitely buy more.

I am a youthful, but hopefully tasteful, late 50's fashion lover. Skinny jeans may be a little out of my age range. I wear them only with loose tops. These are so cute and I always get compliments. I was a little hesitant to order jeans by mail because it is hard to get the fit just right. I followed the size chart and the fit was right on. The only thing that would say on the negative side is that the look around the front fly area is a little off. The cut seems to be shaped in a way that does not hug my body. I am however keeping the jeans because the waist and legs look great and they are perfect under a tunic.

Comfortable and fit well. Not too high waisted, not too low waisted. I'm 5' 7'' and got the 8L. The color is bright and fabric soft. I love my new pants!

So first of all, as you can see in some of the product photos, these aren't a super-skinny skinny jean. The leg drops straight from the lower calf, so they are still loose around the ankle -- not legging-tight.

The fabric is a nice-feeling lightweight stretch denim (I got a dark wash). The color and wash are great. However, the fit just wasn't right for me. I love the waist on the Boden straight leg jeans -- perfectly fits my hourglass shape, unlike so many jeans that gap at the waist. I hoped these would have the same fit, but they don't. They are cut very slim in the thighs (this is also a problem with the straight leg jeans for me, but not as bad), while the waist is straight and wide. So if you have a relatively straight figure and/or carry your weight around the middle rather than in your hips/thighs, these might be great for you. For me, they were a no-go.

With a little less room in the hips and upper thigh,these jeans would be an absolutely perfect fit for my build. Also,it would be nice if they didn't stretch out quite so much with wear, though a trip through the washer and dryer does tighten them up again. What I love about them are the rise(not too low; not too high) and waist, the slim leg and inseam length(I purchased the "long"),and the color(mid vintage). My search for the perfect jean continues, but these are comfortable and better than many I have tried, so have decided to keep them.
