I was expecting something slightly more refined, but these are a nice alternative to a jean. I bought the charcoal, and the color combined with the thick, fuzzy fabric is very casual (almost looks like a black pant that has been washed A LOT). Fit is good although I agree with the other reviewers that they run short (I will end up wearing with flat boots) and will stretch.

Inspired by the absolutely fantastic bootcut jeans, I got this moleskine pair, and I like it a lot. For someone who does not like to wear or dry-clean work trousers (or iron, for that matter), this is professional-looking and fuss-free workwear for a little woman with little time on her hands. Caveat: I was expecting the form-hugging and extremely flattering cut of the jeans on these, and that's not what I got. Also, I have to wash and tumble-dry them frequently, because they do tend to stretch out. A very good buy nonetheless.

I ordered these trousers in black and charcoal in size 8L. They are the first pants I've ordered from Boden, and so far I'm loving them. The fabric is great! It feels soft to the touch, yet is thick and substantial. These will be my staple pants to wear to work for fall/winter. The fit is nice too, though they are a tiny bit bulky in the waist and crotch. They wash well, and returned to their original shape after hanging to dry. I would love to see these in a dark brown color. These are my new favorite pants to wear to work.

Great staple, please do not do anything to these in the future. They are just high enough to cover an aging middle, not annoyingly bunchy, have a little stretch, and if it wasn't superfluous I would buy a pair in every colour.

These pants seemed a tad tight when I first tried them on. I'm so glad I wore them for a day. They stretched out perfectly! Looked great and were comfortable all day. Just wish they had more petites in stock as I really want the navy blue as well now.
