I ordered nine pairs of skinny and straight legged trying to find one pair that fits and the sizes are all over the place. The difference in the waist of one pair of 8L straightleg and 6L straightleg is over 3 inches!

Not a single pair fits!

I found one pair last year that fit ....an unusually small 8L ...and I love them....but so far I cannot find another in this batch. The straightleg 6L fits like a skinny leg and the straightleg 8L fits like a plus size.

I'd hoped these would work as a colored jean (I tried the almond) but no success. The fit ran small (I tried and 6 and 8 and both were too tight - I usually go between the two sizes) and they were also tight on my calves. I've never ordered jeans or slacks from Boden so don't know if this ran true to their sizing. The fabric was very nice with the right amount of stretch. I think they'd be quite comfortable if they fit.

These pants fit perfectly--even the length was good. They are comfortable and well-made, with the trademark Boden polka-dot lining for the pockets. The jeans material is a sturdy weave; the color is stylish.

I ordered these jeans in two colors, the indigo and orange. I typically am a US 2 size. The size 2 were too small, so I returned and ordered the 4. Interestingly, the orange 4's fit perfectly ( would have given them 5 stars if it was just this pair...), the color is great, super comfortable, and the waist fits perfectly with no gap. Unfortunately, the size 4 in indigo are still too small, they fit just like the size 2! I am hoping to have better luck on the third try, but not sure how to advise anyone on size as the two colors were so off.

Unfortunately, these pants are designed for a younger body, not for a mother who is closing in on 50. I love everything about the pants except that I can't wear them. They are too small in the hips and narrow in the legs. In my younger days, they would have been perfect, but not anymore. I guess I need to face reality. :(

These are great jeans! If you're looking for a break from the skinny cut these are very flattering and more forgiving, plus still stylish. I've worn them with flip flops and a t-shirt and also out for drinks with sandals and a nice blouse. This is the first time I've bought Boden jeans and I would definitely buy more colors.

This was my first time ordering pants from Boden. I ordered the almond color in a 10P, my standard dress size (I often wear an 8 in non-petite sizes) and pant size in most every other brand. While they fit through the leg, the waist was comically small. Unfortunately they don't make a 12P and the 12R I imagine will be far too long for my 5'1" frame. Oh well.

Where do I start start? My first 3 pairs were wonderful. I bought 2 whites and a dark denim. I went looking for 1 more pair of dark denim. The website says that there are 2 formulations in the straight jeans. I have 3 right now. The whites are 97% cotton and 3% elastane- wonderful! The first blues are 89% cotton and 11% elastane - also wonderful. These three were made in Tunisia. My next pair were huge. I sent them back.
The next pair after that, also dark denim, were the same as the first ones but a little tight. I'm keeping them though. Along with them came a pair of dark blue denim that were made in China with 98% cotton and 2% elastane.
They are a heavy fabric and uncomfortable to wear. They are going back. I hope that Boden can solve the fabric and sizing inconsistensies. They can make fabulous jeans!

These are great!! When I first got them they were big in the waist. I washed them and they are a little big now, but not bad at all. I really love them.

These jeans are the most comfortable jeans I have ever worn. The fit is just what I was looking for. They are stylish enough to wear to a party and comfy enough to wear around the house. I want more in other colors!
