We think these are the loveliest way to loaf. They come in cosy, brushed cotton with a jersey band above and a fully functional, grosgrain drawstring.

I love these pajama bottoms so much, I wear them every night. They are really good quality, and so cute! I really love the pockets. Pockets are so hard to find in women's pajamas, and with two medical devices on me at all times, it's really, really helpful to have pockets. I just bought a pair of the regular pajama pants for when I'm not pregnant anymore!
