I so wanted to love this, and just about fell over with joy when I saw the fabric in person (the orange paisley), but it's just gigantic. I reliably wear a Boden 8. Sent this one back with fingers crossed for exchange karma, since the website shows the 6s sold out! Worth trying again.

At first, I loved this top. The peplum was nice, especially since (being long-waisted), it is often hard to find one that doesn't make me look pregnant. However, its primary flaw is the sleeves and strange seaming detailing that goes around the back. I felt like it added an unnecessary amount of "bulk" to my back shoulders and just looked odd. So, I sent it back. Too bad... it could have been great!

I bought both the blue and red, in the same size. Interestingly the blue was too tight and went back, the red fits perfectly and is stunning. I like its print better anyway (younger, more modern). I am a little bit apple-shaped, somewhat over my ideal weight, but this structured top is very slimming and flattering. The fabric is nice and thick and sturdy. Love the red.

This peplum top fits like a glove and looks super luxe. It is somehow both edgy and refined, which makes it ideal for a variety of purposes. The material is very thick, and there is no stretch. I found it TTS according to measurements; I usually take a Boden 2 and it fit perfectly. I am rather petite at 5'2" - don't know if the length would have worked on a substantially taller person. I will wear primarily with a pencil skirt. Only disappointment is that it didn't look as good as expected with a belt, which I usually like with peplum styles.

The peplum shape is flattering, but the arm hole is so big that it reveals more armpit than is flattering. A problem because this top looks best without a shirt underneath.
The fabric is pretty, but it feels like it would be better used to upholster a chair: it is a bit thick and spongy and would probably get hot after a while.
