i love the color, shape and fit of this sweater. It sits at the waist, pairs with both skinny and boot jeans or corduroys. Unfortunately, after only a few hours of wear, the underside of the both sleeves are pilling. I am so disappointed, was hoping this would last multiple winters.

Hesitant to spend this much on a sweater but glad I did. Colors are true to the picture on the website. Raglan sleeves and buttons give the sweater an updated look. Bought it for myself for Christmas but couldn't wait to wear it. Already getting a lot of good use out of it!

The quality of this sweater was evident right away. The fit for me was not quite right. It is a bit boxy and was short on me. And I felt the color was darker (the brown) than it appeared online. If you generally have success with Boden items fitting well, I think you would be pleased with this item.

Love the colors and the design of the sweater. However, I had to return it because it was pilling too much. I wore it around the house a couple hours and it had already pilled so much around the inner sleeves I couldn't wear it. All sweaters pill to some degree (other than cashmere) but this pilled way too much. I ordered in two colors and sadly both had to be returned. I would rather pay more to have it made in a better quality yarn.

The main reason I buy from Boden is for their fun and unusual color combinations and prints, and I really like the color combinations on my Washed Red sweater. I think the color is best described as Watermelon, but there's probably not much holiday demand for watermelon-color products! Another reason I like this sweater is the fit -- I'm quite busty and it looks good on me.

The first time I wore it, the wool was pilling like crazy within an hour, which makes the sweater look ratty. I don't know what makes some wool pill and others not pill, but be aware that in this color it most certainly will pill. This is why I say it's not durable; it may become that sweater in my closet with holes under the armpits from pilling.

I do recommend it as long as you know what you're getting into. I like it and plan to wear it a lot, but it is not a carefree garment.

I love fair isle, but this sweater was too long on my 5'4" body. I also have wide-ish shoulders and the fair isle pattern at the top only emphasized them more. Unfortunately I had to return.
