I passed over this dress again and again in the sale section, until I finally bit based on the great reviews. Fabric was finer / more delicate than I expected. Out of the package, was skeptical, but on, boy is this dress flattering, classy and beautiful! so glad I got it. Really flatters a woman's figure, and i've got a largish tummy.

I purchased this dress for special occasions and it is very lovely . . . but not for me. It flows very nicely and fit well, but the style and look of the dress is young and demure. It did not suit someone of my age (early 50s) but would surely look very nice on someone younger.

I bought this for my 17-year-old daughter to wear for violin and piano recitals. She is tall, almost 5'11", 140 lbs. and the 6 L fit her perfectly. It is comfortable and easy to move in, something she needed so she would be able to play the piano and violin in it, but it is also elegant and formal looking. It was exactly what we had been looking for and not finding for a while. I go to Boden whenever I want to buy a dress because they really have something for every size and shape, are well made, and have nice details, like the sequins on the waist of this dress.
