This dress was sent to me very quickly, and I LOVE it. It's incredibly comfortable and soft, yet cute and eye-catching. I am a person who loves life and lives it to the fullest, and this fun dress expresses what I am all about. Life is too short to hide behind bland colors and designs! I bought this specifically to wear to work. It is nice to be stylish yet comfortable! I bought the purple one. I don't normally wear clothing with gold buttons, but it is nice on this dress. They don't look cheap. I had two compliments before even walking out the door (my husband and my sitter) and many compliments at work. It falls just slightly below my knee so perfect for work. It is true to my Boden size. I am 5'5", 130 pounds and in Boden I often wear an 8 (and in this dress you don't want it to be tight at all or you will see material pulling/separating at the buttons ). I love it and it will be a staple in my wardrobe.

I love this dress for work, and each day I wear it I get compliments! My only complaint is the belt - with my tall, kind of boxy and slight hourglass build, it just breaks the nice vertical line. Easy to fix: I don't wear the belt, but I need to find a way to cleanly remove the loops for the belt.

This was my first dress purchase from Boden. Since I'm right at the cutoff height for petite/regular, I ordered this dress in both to test the fit. Neither did anything for my figure. I'm not a large person (2 or 4 depending on the brand), but both sizes made me look big from the waist down. Pity, because I really like the look of the dress.

I wanted to like this dress, and was glad to see something that wasn't so high waisted. The fabric and print were good. But unfortunately it was just too narrow of a cut and didn't work with my waist or hips. I didn't like the cheesy gold tone buttons either, usually Boden details are cute and add something special, but not these buttons.

As a straight-up-and-down cut, this dress did not flatter my hour-glass shape. I wear a 10 or 12 Boden, and the 12 was too narrow in both the waist and hips. I liked the feel of the fabric and the print. I didn't like the cheap looking "gold" buttons. I really thought it was going to work, but no.
