I bought the grey color and it is really lovely. Just the right shade of grey with a hint of blue. This dress fits well, but there is not a lot of room in the bust so it is well suited to women with a slim profile. The tuck details and buttons are really nice and make it a touch nicer than most shirt dresses.

Love this fabric (I bought the grey) but if you want the bohemian look of the model buy a larger size. I am most frequently a 6 in Boden dresses, but the 6 in this wouldn't button over my bust. The 8 fits but ONLY with a "minimizer" type brassiere. . . and it's still not as loose as on the model.
Husband thinks it needs a bright scarf or other pop of color, although I love the neutral vibe!

This dress fits like a glove and is incredibly flattering. I'm normally a size 2 in dresses and this ran true to size. I'm thin but curvaceous and the dress played up my best features. It's conservative, which I normally wouldn't go for, but it hugs curves in a very tasteful, subtle way that balances the conservative look nicely. I LOVE it...and the grey pattern is delightful and different. Can't recommend it more highly.

Reviewing the comments it seems like the small and skinny women who tried it in sizes 2s and 4s and have been very happy. Perhaps this dress just doesn't work as well on larger sizes. The conservative fashion looks cute and fresh and 70s-retro on the model but in size 12 it just looks like a 40-year old dress.

I love this dress. It makes me feel like I should be riding a bicycle in the South of France. Vintage indeed, but the first shirtdress that has NO button gape for me. More like this please - I can't wear low vee necks or wraps without cami which then defeats the purpose of a summer dress. I got the gold pattern and could not be happier. I've worn to work with a khaki blazer and nude pumps. You can belt or not. It will be nice and breezy for summer, yet the long sleeves will keep me from freezing in the office AC. I will also wear this with sandals or flats and a denim jacket on the weekend. I'm ordering another in solid. The size finder was spot on for me based on my jcrew sizes.

I like this dress for work. It is a classic look, neat and clean lines. I bought the navy and am very pleased with the quality. I also like that it hits at the natural waist. The fit is slightly fuller than usual but I am fine with that. I got this on sale and am considering getting one of the prints as well.
