I ordered this dress in all three colors, as I love shirt dresses. The best one is the striped version, because the linen is heavier and it holds its shape well. It is adorable and versatile: I have worn it casually and dressed it up with a jacket. I've worn the blue-green version once. It is cute but the linen fabric is not as heavy and it wrinkles extensively after one wearing. I suggest that a heavier linen fabric be used in future versions of the solid color dresses. The belt loops are a little too high, but I wear my own belt so doesn't matter. Really happy with the striped dress and pretty happy with the other two. Great to throw on with leggings.

I am 5'3" and 125lbs. Ordered 4R. For me, the top has to be more fitted. This one was very loose-fitting. I like the stripy design, the blue color, and the linen fabric. However, it just doesn't flatter.

This was so close. The fabric was a bit heavy, but it would have been perfect for work when they crank the air just a bit too much. Unfortunately, the waist seemed too high and with a bit of a tummy, it didn't look great, so back it went.

Fabric is comfortable - neckline is flattering and who doesn't neeed more great knee length dresses? Not sure what to wear to work - grab this one and go knowing you are looking good!

This is a very cute shirt dress. It runs a little big not to the point of being sloppy. The blue color is far more washed out than on the model, it has a very worn in look to the color. Quite nice. The fabric is fairly heavy and would be best for spring or cooler summer days.

This was a gift, and I will be keeping it BUT.....it was way too big from the waist down. Once altered it will be perfect. Based on other reviews....don't be surprised if you will need to alter it as well. It is well made and I really like the casual trendy look. I will wear this to work with heels and to the beach with flip flops. I am 5'10' and an athletic build. 38 b. a 6L is my normal size. Below the waist there is about 1.5 inches on each side of "extra" fabric that will need to be taken in from my hips down.

Just got here yesterday and quickly changed my clothing to wear it for the rest of the day. Such nice quality fabric, long enough for me (I'm 5' 9" and 140 lbs) Not too baggy in the hips and waist, a nice tailored look. I ordered a 4L and it fit great, love love love this. Going to be my go to casual dress. Buy it!

This dress is super comfortable but wrinkles the second ytou put it on. I am 5'6'' and 150lbs and need to wear this dress with heals otherwise I look short and stumpy. I've wore it with and with and without leggings.
