Definitely loose fitting, I am usually a boden size 6 or 8, and the 8 was swimming on me, exchanged for 6 and still loose but flattering none the less. And I love the colors and colourblock style, very flattering, fun yet classic at the same time

Such a great, flowy dress. I am 5'11" and usually a 12/14 in Boden. I ordered the 14 and it was a big large, but that's ok given the fit of the dress. I may have the bust area taken it, but that's more because of my shape (pear). Would fit perfectly on a larger bust. Very flattering.

Looking great, nice combination of colors and flattering. Soft fabric and being a natural fiber needs ironing or steaming. It is boxy, no waist, in A shape a bit, thus good for chubby ladies because hides imperfections left by too many donuts ;) like myself! Great choice for a good mood and spiced with a necklace looks very elegant and young! Please "Mr. Boden-Claus" order it again, in other colors too!

This is very attractive dress, but after 1 wear and washed it looked awful! Washed on cold delicate wash hung to dry but it shrunk and now the lining is longer than the dress! Was very disappointed as loved the dress and very flattering maybe should have dry cleaned....

I wore this dress twice and received HUGE compliments at work. Fit great. Perfect with opaque tights and cute shoes. Then I washed it according to the instructions and it shrunk BIG TIME.... I'd say 2". The slip underneath was totally hanging out below the dress. I was crushed. I wore it again as a tunic not a dress, now with leggings. It is just too short to be comfortable for me. I'm so self consious that I wore it as a dress and now it barely covers me when I sit. All that money... and I don't think I can ever wear it again. I rarely have issues with Boden. Love everything out of the box. This one is definitely unusual and very disappointing.

I loved this online, but the fit is just too boxy to be flattering on me. I got a 4L and the length was spot on. If it nipped in a bit at the waist it would have fit better, but the boxy overall fit didn't flatter me.

I wanted to put this on as soon as it came in the mail and have already worn it to work and daytime functions. The colors make the simple shape look memorable. I actually like the boxy cut. It's extremely comfortable and find that it flatters my hourglass figure. I wear it with tights and boots but am still glad I got the 8L for a little more length. This way it feels fun but still work appropriate. The fabric is a little silky, which makes it feel more dressy, but it creases very easily so it doesn't look as polished as I would like.

I bought this dress for "going out" and with a platform sandal it is simply elegant! The fabric is high quality that drapes well. Ready for holidays, too.

I love this dress - very comfortable, super stylish. I wear it to work with boots and tights and ALWAYS get compliments! The side zip is a bit of a pain, but many of Boden's dresses/tunics have the side zip, so I'm getting used to it. I'm a size 8 and it fits fine. Love this dress (got it in grey)
